The staff was very friendly. The room was old and worn, but clean. Everything worked in the room. The facility as a whole was worn and outdated. The continental breakfast was limited, no fruit or yogurt but eggs and sausage were good.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and it actually felt like a bed in breakfast, with southern hospitality. I had this same comfort at Mom's homes. Absolutely love the staff.

I like the professionalism in the communication I like the way that whenever I ask you something as far as towels or rags they will make sure that I got it I've been here several times and I have no complaints

Everything is perfect from check-in to cleanliness to polite staff to the breakfast. Been here twice and wish I was in the area more so I could frequent this hotel.

My wife and I absolutely love Quality Inn ON ALEXIS! Very very clean rooms. The staff and housekeeping were very respectful and helpful. We usually get a hotel anywhere from 2/3 times a month just to get away. We absolutely will make Quality Inn our #1 go to hotel.

Large, comfortable room. Staff was friendly and truly seemed to want to help. They have luggage carts, a rarity in this type of lodging, which was a big help in getting all my stuff into the room.
